I also have a 6-channel full-tracking setup, but I don't log in that often, so this is based on information from my friends who are serious players (although she denies it), YouTube, etc.
On the 25th, Otomon Ruki's VRChat stream featured the topic of equipment, so this will double as both a personal memo and an output of the information I have in my head.
Regarding tools
She said she couldn't see the comments properly during the stream, but I think that's probably because her overlay software (a tool that projects images that only she can see in VR) wasn't working properly.
