As all our visitors know, Yae-san is a big fan of beef tongue.
We went out to eat four times in the week leading up to the 5th of the New Year (12/30-1/5), excluding Misoka and O-misoka, and the first three days of the New Year. We all went to beef tongue restaurants, each time to suit Yae-san's tastes.
We even had tonteki, which Yae-san raved about.
As you can see from her smile in the photo, Yae-san was very satisfied. 😋
But... it's not low in calories.
