I went straight to the fair on the first day!
I had the strawberry brulee pancakes at Kua Aina!
The pancakes had a crispy caramel (?) crust, which combined with the fluffy batter created a fantastic texture!
When you eat them with the accompanying vanilla ice cream, you can literally feel the difference in temperature - it's like "hot and cold"...!
At first glance, they may look cloyingly sweet, but the tartness of the strawberries and the freshness of the mint add a nice accent and make them incredibly delicious!
