The Strawberry Fair, which began on January 9th, was held on the first day, and I went!
Of course, I enjoyed some melty strawberries along the way!
While humming along, the first thing I tried was Kua Aina's "Strawberry Brulee Pancakes" 🍓🥞
The sweetness of the honey and fresh cream complemented the tartness of the strawberries perfectly!
The pancakes were also brulee-ed on the outside, making them crispy and fluffy and delicious.
