I was so close to the photo spot that I had to raise my arm as high as I could to take it, so I had to retake it five times.
Maybe I should have taken it from a footbridge a little further away.
The first thing I tried at the strawberry fair was Kua Aina's strawberry brulee pancakes. At first I was worried they might be too sweet, but the cream was not too sweet and when eaten with the strawberries, it had just the right amount of tartness, making them delicious.
I also had an incident where I couldn't get a coaster, but I realized it just in time as I was leaving the store and was able to get one.
My favorite treat this time was Gion Tsujiri's Strawberry Tree Soft Serve.
